Alcohol depletes vitamin A from the skin thereby reducing the skin’s collagen.
Furthermore, taking excess alcohol kills your liver cells gradually. And the liver is the organ for removing toxins naturally that could potentially affect the skin.
But if toxins build up in your liver because they are not broken down properly, your skin develops a variety of issues such as acne and wrinkles.
Alcohol can also lead to dehydration because it dries up moisture from your skin. And this leads to inadequate sleep, which can in turn lead to stress and also cause wrinkles and saggy skin.

Processed foods contain a high level of sodium. It is stripped of fiber which is supposed to aid digestion and absorption of carbohydrates.
These processed foods have been altered to be addictive. And this is precisely why eating too much junk food can make you fat and even obese. Once you start, the addictive nature and the ease of getting them will always go back for more.
Furthermore, eating too many processed foods creates free radicals leading to oxidation of your cells and DNA which can cause serious problems to your cells.
The best way you can reduce this problem is to reduce adding salt to processed food and try as much as possible to reduce how frequently you consume them.
